    I like this Pat. Love the color, love the design also. What mixed media did you use on it?

    Nan, you made me go look at my painting more closely...It's been a while since I did it. I used varied cut strips of blue painters tape. Some I painted over which gives texture and I think some of the blue that shows is the tape itself. Acrylic paint and a lot of clear acrylic gel medium.

    Sounds interesting. I'm starting to explore mixed media this year, there are so many options! Love the yellow in this - it just pops! Nice work

    Thanks, Nan, some of these works are very layered and not always what I started off with. The book "The New Acrylics" by Rheni Tauchid is really informative with great ideas.
