"Gnome's Home" - Original abstract contemporary acrylic ink painting by Pennsylvania Artist Pat Koscienski

"Gnome's Home"
6" x 6"
Ink on canvas

This painting was done using string gel and ink on canvas. The greens, red, and ochres reminded me of grasses and mushrooms where a little gnome would want to live. This painting, along with 11 others of mine, will be hanging at 2nd Floor Gallery, 105 S Market St, Mechanicsburg until Dec.31, 2012. If you are in the area, please drop in to see this exhibit...many other miniature pieces from local artists are in the show. If you have any questions or wish to purchase, contact Pat. If you would like to see more of my paintings, both abstract and representational, please visit my website at:

More....Abstract Paintings exhibiting at Trinity Lutheran Church by Pennsylvania Painter Pat Koscienski

These are 4 more of the 19 paintings that I have exhibiting at Trinity Lutheran Church, 2000 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill, PA during the month of August.  A purple palette was used for these 4, along with  a lot of acrylic, ink, and mediums.  The remaining paintings did not photograph well; the light coming throuh the windows really caused a lighting problem with the paintings hanging on the far right.....the remaining 9. If you have any questions or wish to purchase, please contact PAT.  If you wish to see more of my paintings, both abstract and representational, please visit my website at:

Abstracted Landscape - Original Mixed Media Abstract Contemporary Modern Painting on Paper by Pennsylvania Daily Painter Pat Koscienski

Abstracted Landscape
20x28 UF
29x37 F
Mixed Media on Paper

Abstract Landscape was painted very intuitively using different media of inks and acrylic paint. Being an artist who likes to do a lot of landscapes greatly influenced the evolvement of a landscape in this particular painting.
