These loose, abstracted Canna Lilies were done for James Parker's Windows to the Words Art Challenge for April---Flower Power. Bright, acrylic painting on canvas. If I were to do it over, I would have flipped the photo and had the flowers going into the painting from left to right...the way we read. However, it does not hurt to try something different once in a while! Thanks, Claire. It was a beautiful day today and the Bent Pine Alpaca Farm was a beautiful place. They really had a bent pine!! It's a place we will return to; we have an open invitation from the owner.
