Meria, Northern Corsica by Pennsylvania Daily Painter Pat Koscienski

Meria, Northern Corsica
6" x 12"
Acrylic
"Meria, Northern Corsica" was painted for Bill Guffey's Virtual Paintout Challenge. During the month of January we were in Corsica. Using Googles' Map search street view, we were to tour through the country and find a scene we would like to paint. I found several....the country is so beautiful. I decided to enter Meria for the challenge, but I know I will be painting a few more from that region. "Spring's Surprise" by Pennsylvania Daily Painter Pat Koscienski

"Spring's Surprise"

This painting was done from a photo of spring tulips growing outside our window. However, there was a little surpise in store for them when a beautiful snowfall whitened the ground, leaving as fast as it came. What a surprise!
