Mistress of the Sky - Acrylic Abstracted Figure and Landscape Painting by Pennsylvania Daily Painter Pat Koscienski

Mistress of the Sky
24" x 18"
Acrylic on Canvas

Mistress of the Sky was painted on a gallery wrapped canvas. The red in her gown makes for an eye catching piece from across the room. The topic speaks a lot. This is one of 2 pieces that I will have on exhibit with the DPP (Daily Painters of Pennsylvania) group in the East Wing of the Rotunda at the Capitol Building in Harrisburg, PA. Free opening reception will be on Friday, September 10 from 3:00 to 5:30. If in the area, please drop by to see this painting and 49 others from artists across Pennsylvania. The paintings will be on exhibit until the end of the month. If interested in purchasing, contact Pat at patsfineart@hotmail.com If interested in seeing more of my paintings, both abstract and representational, visit my website at:

I remember seeing this piece earlier and she is still powerfully delightful, Pat!

Thanks for your visits, Autumn, and for taking the time to comment both times.

Love the red and the commanding sweep of her arm.
