ACEO 2 - Original Acrylic Artist Card Still Life of Pears by Pennsylvania Daily Painter Pat Koscienski

ACEO PEARS
Acrylic
2.5" x 3.5"
SOLD

Another ACEO painting done with acrylic paint on canvas paper. This photo was provided by Lela Stankovic for one of the Paint and Draw Together challenges. It was such a great photo, I thought I would try it again, but in a much smaller format. This painting can be collected and placed in a plastic sleeve or matted and framed to a larger size. It can be framed or displayed on a small table easel. If you have any questions, e-mail Pat. If interested in viewing more of my art works, please visit my website.

Beautifully painted Pat.You did a wonderful job on a smaller format too which could be quiet difficult I feel.

Thanks, Yasha. It took me longer than I thought it would, but it was done so differently than I would a larger canvas. I rather enjoyed doing it, which really surprised me! It almost fills in those small periods when I don't have time or desire to work on a larger painting.

Bold and wonderful and small! ACEO painting must be quite a challenge and this one is great! Don't know much about these mini-jewels but understand they attract serious collectors!

I can see your new year is off to a super start and am looking forward to future posts - always exciting!

I love the light and reflections in the bottom of the painting. I have been painting watercolour aceo's for some time and also making and swapping collaged aceo/atc's.

in fact they can be created from any media that you can think of. If you will allow me I would like to mention a <a href="http://www.squidoo.com/making_aceos>web page I have written giving many examples of the use of different media,<a>.
