Thank you, Hilda. Having camera problems and can't wait to see if there will be a difference in color nuances when I get the new one; especially in those shadows. I think there is more in this rose that I don't see in the posting; at least not on my monitor.
Hi Pat, I really like these last 2 florals you painted. The softness of the petals come through, and the colors and shading are so well done. I am not usually a "flower painting" viewer but these are especially nice in my humble opinion. Hope you are enjoying your summer!

Thanks Sunny. I find florals hard to paint, so it isn't one of my favorite subjects. Maybe it is the patience that I lack...LOLOL
