"Don't Brush Me Off" by Pat Koscienski

"Don't Brush Me Off"
6" x 6"
Acrylic
SOLD
This painting was done from a photo posted on James Parker's Windows to the Words blogspot. Even thought I did not have it completed for the challenge in September, I just couldn't resist painting this curious kitten. What a delightful little fur ball and doing what cats do best. Oh Pat! This is so adorably cute!! I'm waiting for the brushes to be swatted away! LOL Beautifully done, my friend!

Thanks, Autumn, I thought, too, that it was just a matter of time before he swatted. That photographer was in the right place at the right time.

This is adorabel - your texture and color in the fur is fantastic, especially those bits of lavender!

Thank you, Claire. The colors aren't quite as bold as you see. I either need a new camera, or a few lessons on Adobe Photoshop.
