This painting was done plein air at Lake Redman in York County. After all this snow this winter, I can't wait to see these yellow beauties peeking out this spring. This just transports me right into Spring, Pat. Love the varieties of greens and blues you have used that really make the daffodils pop!

Gosh Pat. It is a good thing I am usually broke. So many of your pieces just scream to me, "take me home!" Sigh...That all said, this is gorgeous!!

So pretty, Pat! I get the feeling the air still had quite a chill as you painted these beauties! Love the way you bounced the cool colors around the proud yellow heads of the daffodils!

Thanks, Claire. God put those colors there, I just copied them. LOL

Thank you, Autumn, for all your wonderful comments. You know how to make me feel good.

You're right about the chill, Rosemary. Especially around the water. Can't wait to see those yellow heads this year. It is snowing outside....AGAIN!
