"28 R. da Veronica, Lisbon, Portugal"

"28 R. da Veronica, Lisbon, Portugal"
10" x 10"
Acrylic on canvas
"28 R. da Veronica, Lisbon, Portugal" is my first painting done from Bill Guffey's Virtual Paintout blog site. Google Street View was used to find a site in the city of Lisbon to paint. I didn't have much time to work on it, since I only became aware of this site near the end of the month. I feel I still have a lot of work to do on this, but it's a start. Lisbon, Portugal was our paintout site for September. Can't wait to see where we will paint out in October. You did a beautiful job with this, Pat! I love especially the colors you've used. That stairway in the corner looks fabulous too! What a great job you've done!!

Thanks, Autumn, urban scenes are not my forte'; I'm more rural. However, I need the practice and what better way to do it.

How wonderful that you did the virtual paintout! I have been wanting to try that! Your palette for this one is really nice and sets off the moving figures. Looks finished to me but if you work on it some more, please post again! Ok? Great job!
