A lot of mist that early morning, giving an almost ethereal background. It is an oil painting done on a linen canvas. This is so beautiful, Pat! I love the morning mists that you've so gracefully captured. I can imagine the birds waking and beginning their morning songs, the fish beginning their search for bugs on the surface of the pond...So pretty, and yes, ethereal too!
